The seller shipped it super fast, but there was a long delay in the final delivery stage due to the poor service of the Brazilian postal service. The product took 9 days to arrive because it was stuck at an agency just over 200 km away from the destination. Funny thing is that from the day of purchase to when it was stuck, it took 8 days.
I've been dealing with this for a long time now; it's something that can easily be seen when used for several years. However, the bathroom renovation eliminated this issue. Now, installing it in the toilet won't cause any problems. It looks really good and is relatively cheap. I recommend it.
